Mid Minnesota Federal Credit Union is currently seeking an experienced Director of Business Services to manage all business lending activities within the credit union. Overall responsibility to manage commercial lending activity to include insuring compliance with credit union lending policy.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of five years commercial lending experience, extensive knowledge of business lending practices and procedures, as well as a significant level of diplomacy. An enthusiasm for motivating and influencing others is essential.
