How long is a pre-approval good for?

A home loan pre-approval is good for 120 days and it is crucial for you to stay in touch with your Home Loan Consultant. If searching for a home takes longer and goes past 120 days, make sure to let us know and we can go in and get you pre-approved again. That way you are still ready to go while searching for a home.
