Individual Retirement Accounts (IRA)

IRAs are one of the best retirement savings tools available today.

More people than ever before are now eligible to benefit from the tax advantages available through IRAs.

Benefits

  1. increased contribution limits,
  2. catch-up contributions for individuals who attain age 50 before the end of the taxable year,
  3. increased portability of assets between various plan types, and other changes to rollover rules.

Over time, these special tax features can result in significantly larger IRA savings accumulations than what can be accomplished in ordinary savings tools. As always, consult your tax advisor for comprehensive tax advice.

Why MMFCU?

t’s time to do banking differently. At MMFCU, we believe that true financial growth can only happen when we all grow together.

Credit union banking is rooted in locals serving locals, for the good of our community. We care about this community because it’s our home too. When you progress, so do we and in turn, we help others do the same. Owned by members (that’s you!) and led by members–that’s the credit union difference.

This creates an incentive for the Financial Institution to make these referrals, resulting in a conflict of interest. The Financial Institution is not a current client of LPL for advisory services.
